Feedback & Complaints
We aim to provide all users of the University with a high quality and efficient service. We recognise however, there be occasions where expectations are not met and we encourage both our apprentices and employers to provide feedback.
How to submit feedback
Apprentices: We recommend that you contact your Apprenticeship Tutor in the first instance; however, you can also submit feedback directly to the department or using the University's general feedback form here.
Employers: We recommend that you contact your Programmes Manager in the first instance; however, you can also submit feedback to wbplcompliance@warwick.ac.uk.
How to submit a complaint
If you feel the level of service falls significantly short of what you might reasonably expect, you may want to submit a complaint.
Apprentices: The University has a three-stage Student Complaints Resolution Procedure for apprentices to raise informal and formal concerns or complaints.
Employers: The University's Employer Complaints Procedure outlines the three-stages used to resolve complaints in a timely, effective and fair manner.
