Help show off our campus

Help show off our campus!

We’re creating a virtual campus experience for our future students but need your videos and photos to really bring it to life.

We’re looking for pics and vids of:

  • You and your friends
  • The inside of your department
  • Life in your shared accommodation
  • Any other exciting snippets of Warwick life

If you're on campus during one of your walks, and can film your favourite green space, or near your department building, that would be great too.

We’d also like to let people see the creative side of Warwick. Songs, poetry, spoken word, dance – however you choose to express life on campus, we’d love to provide you with a showcase.

And, if we use any of the content that you’re prepared to share, we’ll make sure it’s credited to you.

How to take part - by Monday 1st June 2020

Thank you for all your contributions so far! We've extended our deadline so that we can share this through our student e-newsletter too.

You can email your contributions to marketing at warwick dot ac dot uk, either directly or using a file sharing service like Files.Warwick or OneDrive.

Please make sure you add your name, what your attachment is about, and how to credit you. You also need to check our terms and conditions in the form below to see all the ways we store and use your information.

Alternatively you could use our form to send in your submissions.

If anyone else is in your photos or materials, please make sure they've given their permission in advance.

Thank you in advance

We’d usually welcome over 10,000 people to Warwick during our Open Days. Even more visitors are likely to join our virtual campus experience, all looking to see what makes our University special.

That’s why your contribution will be so valuable. It’s your view of campus that could be the one to persuade someone to join us at Warwick.
