Feedback and Support Hours
I am Johannes de Kam, am part of the teaching team for Inquiry and Research Skills (IRS) for Business, and support the coordination of the IRS module across the different course streams. This module is aimed at creating an environment for students' to develop their research skills that help them to excel during their studies and beyond.
My educational background is in Business Management and am currently pursuing a PhD in Education. My research focuses on individuals who move abroad for work and the learning processes involved in adjusting to their new environment. My teaching background is in Business and Language tuition, with over five years experience supporting specifically overseas students in their studies.
Next to work, I am a member of Global Leadership Interlink (GLI), a network of professionals and students in which I give my time to leading a diverse group of students across Europe in values-based professionalism. Hereby facilitating the development of young professionals at their Universities and in preparation for the workplace.
