How do pathways chosen during university affect job prospects?

How would pathways chosen affect our job prospects? As our certificates would be stated as EPP, how would employers be noted about which pathway we opted or are specialised in?

Every student at Warwick, upon graduation, gets a HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Record). This lists all the modules you have taken and the marks you got in them, and even such things as whether you held a position in a student society. So employers will have very detailed information about what you chose to concentrate or specialise on during your time at Warwick.
