New course: Economics, Psychology and Philosophy (EPP)

Question

Is EPP a brand new course? What can I expect in terms of lectures and workload?

Answer

Yes, this is a brand new course. And not just at Warwick; as far as we are aware there is no other course like this in the UK. You will be in the first cohort. At the same time, we have quite a lot of experience running these types of interdisciplinary degrees at Warwick, for instance with Philosophy, Politics and Economics or Philosophy, Politics and Law, and you would be in some of your lectures together with students on these programmes.

Typically, you will have 10–15 hours of contact time per week. Lecture times can vary year to year, so I'm afraid we can't confirm that. But there is certainly independent and group work to do outside of that time!
