How did you find out about Warwick?

I heard from my cousin who did his Masters in WBS a while ago. Then I researched online.

Did you consider applying anywhere else? What made you choose Warwick?

My options for my entrepreneurship Masters were Imperial College, Babsos College in the US and HEC Paris. I chose Warwick because I love the fact that my Master’s at WMG is focus on learning by doing. Every module has a strong team work and practical focus balanced with the theory. Warwick is highly ranked and that’s paramount for me, since I’m an international student that’s a good way of ensuring I get the best value for the money I’m investing in my education.

How was your arrival?

I liked the fact the welcome week was before the start of lectures. I liked how organised it was.

What is the best thing about studying at Warwick?

The Multicultural environment, and the connections with the industry specially at WMG. I feel in the right place to be for the latest high tech developments and thinking.

How is your accommodation?

I live on campus and the place is nice and comfortable. I’m lucky to have some of the best and cleanest flatmates of all.

Have you joined any clubs or societies?

I participate in the WIDS, Warwick Entrepreneurs, WMG Society, and I belong to the Climbing Club.

Have you managed to travel at all during your studies?

I have travelled to Wales, London, Oxford, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Barcelona and the Peak District.

What do you hope to do when you graduate?

To establish a startup and hopefully get an entrepreneurship visa.

What makes you happiest about being a student at Warwick?

The modules are challenging, the tutors make me think and be critical. The campus is fun and the sports centre has the climbing wall.

What advice would you give someone thinking about studying at Warwick?

Apply with time, and make sure you are passionate about what you are going to study. The way of teaching in the UK is slightly different from other countries, so make sure you use the information available on the Warwick website to get a good idea on how it works.
