How did you find out about Warwick?

Friends who already study at Warwick.

Did you consider studying anywhere else? What made you choose Warwick?

I considered the University of Birmingham too. The University of Warwick is one of the best universities when it comes to research. It provides student with a diverse environment to study, and allows them to make the most out of student life at university.

How did you find the application process?

I applied through UCAS. The high school counselor helped with the UCAS applications, however, I had no one to help with the visa application. I had no problems though.

How was your arrival?

It all went well. I was filled with excitement as soon as I came to university. It’s the start of one of the best stories I will tell people.

What is the best thing about Warwick?

The welcoming environment, the diversity, access to different restaurants and the grocery store. The people here are great too!

What do you plan to do when you graduate?

I'm going to continue studying and take up a masters degree in Medicine.

What makes your happiest about studying at Warwick?

The diversity.

What advice would give to someone considering studying at Warwick?

Choosing Warwick would be one of the best decisions that you have made. There is so much out here to do, you’d never get bored.

Hamida's course:

Biomedical Science is focused on understanding the biological basis of human health and disease, and is one of four degree courses taught by the School of Life Sciences. This course will appeal to those who are interested in how the human body works and how it can go wrong, as well as infectious diseases and the microorganisms that cause them.
