Complete this form if you have been invited by an Adviser to do so (by email, live chat, in previous meeting or appointment).

If you have not been invited to fill out this form by an Adviser:

Please note that we do not usually offer same-day appointments unless it is an emergency, for example, if your visa expires the same day.

Please make sure that you have read the guidance on our Meet an Adviser webpage before completing the form.

Once you have submitted the request form, you will normally be contacted by email within 3 working days to confirm your appointment.

If we are unable to offer you an appointment at the time you specified, we will attempt to offer you an alternative date based on the preferred dates you state on your submission, if we can accommodate your preferred dates.
