Meet an Adviser Request Form

This form should be used if you wish to meet with an International Student Adviser face to face to advise on a particular immigration/visa related query (within our service scope), to check documents or submit your Tier 4 visa application (including if you wish to use our 'Application Checking Service'). Please be aware of the restricted service we offer from July to September).

In July, August & September, we offer a 'document checking' service to check your online application form and your supporting documents for a Tier 4 visa application. You must book a slot using this form if you wish to meet with an adviser. Please bring all the relevant documents so that we can fully assess your situation.

Throughout the year, please note that we do not usually offer same-day appointments unless it is an emergency, e.g., if your visa expires the same day.

Once you have submitted the request form, you will normally be contacted by email within 3 working days to confirm your appointment.

If we are unable to offer you an appointment at the time you specified, we will offer you an alternative date based on the preferred dates you state.

You do not need to make an appointment for presenting your immigration documents (for example, if you obtain a new passport and/or visa).

Please check our opening hours before visiting the Study Abroad and Immigration Service Reception with your new documents to update your records.

ABOUT YOUR CAS REQUEST If you are a research student, have completed at least 6 months of your course, and your course is subject to ATAS approval, you will now need to obtain a new ATAS for this Tier 4 application. Please email and request an official statement about your research Please state clearly in the email that you are a current student, and provide your name, Warwick I.D. number and the course you are enrolled on. Please note that if you are aware that you are in debt with the University (i.e., having course fees overdue), we will not be able to assign a CAS Please get in touch with Student Finance team to discuss your situation and arrange payment.
