About live chats at Warwick

Who runs live chats at Warwick?
Selected departments will be online to answer any questions you may have relating to the course you have applied for. The International Office will also be hosting chats to answer general questions about your offer from Warwick, arriving in the UK and preparations for studying at Warwick.

Can I talk about my application?
If you are currently an applicant to the University of Warwick or are in receipt of an offer, please note that specific details about your application cannot be discussed in the chatroom as there will be other applicants participating at the same time. However you will be able to follow up any personal enquiries directly with the members of staff participating following the chat session.
Technology
The live chat system makes use of Macromedia Flash technology that requires the Flash 7 browser plugin.
To get the latest Flash version go to the Macromedia Flash download page and follow the on screen instructions for your browser. The download and installation only takes a few minutes.
Timezones
Please note that all times are UK local time. You can use a timezone converter to work out the local time in your country.
