Experience Warwick - Year 10 Summer School
This summer school will offer participants the opportunity to undertake a wide variety of academic sessions delivered by University lecturers and staff, as well as taking part in non-academic activities. There is a group challenge that runs throughout the summer school with presentations and prize giving on the final day; on the last night there is traditionally a themed Gala Dinner. The Summer School will give participants a varied insight into life at the University. These include staying in halls of residence, different types of learning in a wide range of settings and experiencing the social and sporting facilities the University has to offer. Participants will also be able to interact with the Student Ambassadors who are current students at the University and will act as Group Leaders during the event.
Our Summer School aims to motivate students to aspire to, and achieve, a place on a university course that matches their needs and interests; as well as encouraging them to aim for the most competitive courses at the most competitive institutions.
