Taught entirely online, our part-time MSc in Strategic Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare has been carefully designed to provide you with the skills to focus on addressing the complexity of change within healthcare settings through innovation and the adoption of a more critical and strategic focus.

Our course is delivered entirely through our in-house bespoke distance learning platform, my.wbs, providing you with maximum flexibility. Modules are taken in a set order and typically, one module will span a 12 week period, culminating in the submission of your assignment.
The final Innovation Project, focused on a real-life improvement or innovation, will bring together all of the themes covered throughout the course. The project will be assessed through submission of a protocol, a recorded presentation, and a written submission using the format of a relevant journal as the basis for structuring the report.
This course is taught entirely online.
You will be assessed mainly via individual assignments, plus some elements of group work in some of the modules.

Part-time: 30-36 months
All applicants must have at least 4 years’ work experience in a relevant healthcare environment
as well as a 2:i undergraduate degree (or equivalent). We also welcome applications from candidates who do not have the academic qualifications but are exceptional, with a proven ability to achieve. In addition, participants need
to make sure that they have access to sufficient technical requirements for using the online portal (hardware, software and internet).
English Language Requirements
IELTS overall score of 7.0, minimum component scores of two at 6.0/6.5 and the rest at 7.0 or above.
