Our next Postgraduate Virtual Open Day will take place in Spring 2022 (date TBC), but many recordings of sessions from our December Open Days are now available to view. They include:

  • Academic sessions for your chosen courses, such as sample lectures, seminars and Q&As
  • Sessions on general topics such as accommodation, living at Warwick, and how to apply
  • 'Why Study at Warwick' presentation
  • Virtual campus tours
  • Student life Q&As with current students

Meet your Department

Meet academics and students from your Department, and learn more about study facilities and learning opportunities.

Your academic sessions will usually cover:

  • Key information on our degree courses
  • Information about our admissions process
  • An insight into what it could be like to study your subject at Warwick
  • Sample lectures or seminars

You will also have an opportunity to ask your own questions in a live Q&A session with our staff.

Student Life sessions

Our Student Life sessions are a chance for you to ask put your questions to current postgraduate students.

Whether you want to learn about our campus and the local area, or discover more about our fantastic facilities and extracurricular opportunities, our students are here to share their experiences.

Wellbeing, safety and support

Our students’ wellbeing is hugely important to us and we strive to ensure everyone feels safe, supported and valued within our community. In this interactive panel session, you can hear from some of our friendly Wellbeing, Community Safety, and Library Support Team staff.

They’ll be talking about how they work closely with our students to ensure they have everything they need to feel safe and supported, so they can enjoy the best possible student experience. This could involve providing practical advice, emotional support, space to relax and think, or opportunities to build positive connections with others. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Applying to Warwick

Our Postgraduate Admissions Team will lead this session, which covers course entry requirements, funding opportunities, and fees. By the end of the session, you should have all the information you need to put together your application for the postgraduate course or courses that you would like to study here at Warwick.

Virtual Tour

In this interactive session, two of our friendly student ambassadors will take you on a guided tour of campus, showing you their favourite spots and answering any questions you may have along the way.

Sport at Warwick

Being active is a big part of life at Warwick. Join our friendly Warwick Sport staff to hear about our incredible facilities and some of the sporting opportunities available to you at Warwick. You will also hear from some of our students about their experiences of sport and sports clubs, and other opportunities to stay active on campus.

Finance and Funding: Managing Your Money

Delivered by the Student Funding Team, this session will cover student finance, funding opportunities such as scholarships, bursaries and loans, budgeting, and the cost of living at Warwick.

Careers and Opportunities

Studying at Warwick will boost your employability and open up endless possibilities for you to excel in the global workplace. Throughout your degree, we help you to engage with a rich and varied range of experiences and opportunities that will enable you to achieve your full potential.

In this session, you can ask our students and staff questions about the types of opportunities available, how to maximise the value of your degree and how best to develop your career prospects.

You can also learn about internships, work experience, study abroad, volunteering, and other international opportunities.
