This page will provide key information on how to make an application to Warwick as an incoming Study Abroad student.

January Starters: 30th September

Please use the information below to find out what category you fall into, this will be essential to complete the application form.

Important Information for Inbound students

Information Sheet

Students from partner universities in Europe who are eligible for the Eramus+ programmes.

Nationality

If you are one of the following categories you will not require a visa to study:

- British citizen

- EU National

- EEA National

- Swiss National

- Non-EEA National with Valid UK residence document

- Non-EEA National with Valid UK residence document

For students requiring a visa to study in the UK we will require you to submit the following as part of your application:

- Photocopy of the passport photo page

Eligibility to apply:

  • The Partner University (your home University) will send us your nomination.
  • Nominations from Partners can only be received if there is a current Exchange Agreement in place. Your nomination will be verified against this agreement.
  • The Study Abroad team at Warwick will contact you via email with the application instructions.
  • Application form is password protected - you will be unable to proceed with your application without having heard from us.
