Erasmus+ Grants 2018/2019

Hi

I hope you have had a good first semester and are getting ready to a welcome break over the winter vacation. For those of you moving on to a 2nd placement please do remember all of your forms. Erasmus+ Grant Allocations

Reminder:
At this stage of the year we restrict Erasmus+ grants to 9 months maximum. If at the end of the year we have enough grant money to pay to 10 months we will.


Outbound students from Warwick: European Health Insurance Card, or EHIC (a "student EHIC")

Just to let you know if you weren’t aware when you applied for your EHIC card prior to going on Study Abroad, there have been some changes to the process

ERASMUS+ students for 2017/2018 academic year

This is a reminder that one of the last things that you will need to do to ensure that your Erasmus+ funding is secured is to submit the online ‘report’ which you will have received an email about direct from the European Commission.


2018/19 Grant Agreement now available

We would like to inform you that the study abroad forms for 2018/19 are available on our website.

Students on placements in Europe – please complete and upload Erasmus+ grant agreement and Protocol to your Study Abroad folder.
Students on placements outside Europe – please complete and upload Protocol only.
