Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship
Brilliant minds have always been welcome at Warwick.
We believe there should be no barrier to talent. That's why we are committed to offering a scholarship that makes it easier for gifted, ambitious international learners to pursue their academic interests at one of the UK's most prestigious universities. The University of Warwick is delighted to announce that we will offer our international fee-paying students a generous Scholarship scheme to help with student fees for 2021 entry. Our Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship is your invitation to join us in the creation of knowledge that can change both the world, and your own career opportunities. It is our way of showing that there is no barrier to talent.
Under this new scheme, we will offer 250 tuition fee awards ranging in value from £2,000 to full tuition fees. These generous awards are not just for the first year of study, but they are awarded for the full duration of your Undergraduate degree course.
Update 22 July 2021
In Autumn 2020 Warwick launched the Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship scheme to support the most academically excellent international undergraduate students starting in September 2021.
We were delighted to receive over 1500 applications from offer holders all over the World. In July the final selection panel, chaired by the Provost Professor Chris Ennew, awarded 20 full fee scholarships to the most exceptional candidates and a further 230 partial scholarships of either £13,000 or £2,000. Our full fee scholars are spread across 18 different academic areas and come from Argentina, China, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Palestine, France, Spain, Sweden, Thailand and Turkey.
The Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship scheme will run again for students enrolling in September 2022. Details of the awards available and the application process are yet to be finalised but will be available on this page in due course. Check back regularly for more information.
