Applications are open for the Biomedical Science Higher Education Foundation Programme, a pre-university course for international students that helps to prepare you for study in the UK and to decide on future study. The aim of the Biomedical Science Programme is to enable students to acquire the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress to Biomedical Science and biology related degrees.
The Higher Education Foundation Programme (HEFP) has over 25 years of experience in providing an outstanding preparatory programme for international students wishing to progress to study at a top UK university. Courses are specifically designed to provide the widest range of undergraduate degree options. The courses not only develop your academic and language proficiency but we also provide you with opportunities to expand and enhance your skills, attributes and personal development, enabling you to get the most from your future university experience.
The programme is for international students whose current qualifications do not equip them for direct entry to UK universities. This is a nine-month intensive access course, providing students with the subject knowledge required to progress to undergraduate degree study, and also the skills required such as critical thinking, note-taking and essay-writing.
The Biomedical Science programme is taught at Warwickshire College, the tutors here have many years of experience of preparing HEFP students for University entrance and will support you every step of the way.
