  I need to know when you have submitted a grant application which requires the use of Science City equipment. I also need to know when you have been successful with a grant application and the grant reference so that we can track levered revenue.

  I need to know when you have published a paper which has relied on this equipment and I will need a copy of the paper.

• If you present a poster or a talk which includes results obtained using Science City equipment you need to include the following words and logo:

  I also need to know when you or any of your students have presented a talk or poster at a conference or seminar (an event attended by people from outside of Warwick). I will need an electronic copy of the poster or presentation.
