Implementation and Organisational Studies (IOS) provides state of the art management for the implementation of service change in the four service themes and for independent study of the change process. It will also form the vehicle for formative evaluation of the CLAHRC itself. Furthermore, the theme incorporates an ‘offline’ laboratory at Warwick Business School where new ways of working will be tested and refined before being rolled-out to health care providers.
