This workstream covering energy efficiency policy is headed by Professor Richard Green who is based in the Department of Economics at the University of Birmingham. Richard is the Science City Energy Efficiency & Demand project lead for the University of Birmingham. He is also the Director of the University of Birmingham's Institute for Energy Research and Policy (IERP).
