* These are the types of registration required for registering a paper. Each full registration allows to register two papers. For registering a 3^rd paper and onwards, an extra paper fee of £150 +VAT applies

The registration certificate will be sent to you by e-mail once we receive the payment and verified the membership/student status.

Additional information:

£1 is approximately 1.19 euro/1.22 USD. All bank charges for the fees transfer services must be paid by the participant.

After registration, you will have to provide a proof of your student status/IEEE membership if that registration option has been selected.

Undergraduate and PhD students should provide a certificate issued by the host academic institution to prove their status at the time of the conference to registration.wipda@warwick.ac.uk

IEEE/PELS members should send a certificate acknowledging their 2022 membership to registration.wipda@warwick.ac.uk

Workshop registration fee includes:

• Access to all the sessions & the exhibition area
• Access to Wi-Fi in the conference venue
• Welcome reception (Sunday Evening) (Access to the Gala dinner can be limited if you register after Monday 12^th of September)
• Coffee breaks
• Lunch (Monday and Tuesday)
• Gala dinner (Monday) - (Access to the Gala dinner can be limited if you register after Monday 12^th of September)

Tutorial registration

The tutorials are not included in the main registration. To attend the tutorials a small supplement has to be paid in addition to the main workshop registration fee.

It is possible to register to attend the tutorials only, without access to the Workshop sessions/exhibition on Monday and Tuesday.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of participation must be done in writing using a special form and the request should be sent to the conference registration team (registration.wipda@warwick.ac.uk). Administration costs of £25 per participant will be charged in case of any cancellation.

For full restitution of the fee, the cancellation must be notified on or before 2^nd of September 2022. Thereafter 50% of the fee is refundable minus administration costs. If cancellation occurs on or after 9^th of September 2022, there will be no restitution of the fee paid.

Cancellation without notification & no show will incur a full charge.

Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the registration team is duly notified in advance.

Refund payments will be settled within 15 days after the workshop.
