In Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick (South Warwickshire), rising food insecurity and the declaration of a climate emergency highlight a clear need to support sustainable changes to South Warwickshire’s food system. This scoping study aims to identify, summarise and analyse information that would underpin the development of a fresh food strategy for South Warwickshire, providing an overview of consumers and producers, together with employment and job opportunities in the fresh food industry and training and support structures that are available to upskill agricultural workers.
