Warwick Medical School's rugby team beat Peninsula Medical School to make it through to the semi-finals of the National Association of Medical Schools (NAMS) for the first time.

Warwick played against former NAMS champions Peninsula in the quarter-finals on Saturday (14) at Cryfield on the University of Warwick campus.

The team, which was only formed four years ago, ended the match 18-10.
