Are patients enrolled into other studies eligible for SWEET?

If there is a co-enrolment agreement in place then yes. Please refer to the co-enrolment tab of this webpage.

Are patients that have received Kadcyla previously are eligible for SWEET?

Yes.

What score are you regarding as ER+ within the inclusion criteria?

If the patient is being prescribed endocrine therapy she is eligible (presumably clinicians have decided that their ER positivity is such that ET is warranted).

Are patients with DCIS only eligible?

No.

Are patients who received neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy eligible?

Yes, as long as they continue their ET in the adjuvant setting.

Are patients taking Olaparib in the adjuvant setting are still eligible for SWEET?

Yes, as long as they meet the other eligibility criteria.

Are patients with Bilateral disease eligible?

Yes, if one side is eligible and the other isn't, randomise as per eligible side.

If both sides are eligible randomise as per the most severe/highest risk side.

How do we define the date of diagnosis?

Sites should follow their local SOPs regards to date of diagnosis.

Does bilateral cancer disqualify participation in the study?

No, If one side is eligible and the other is not, randomise as per the eligible side.

If both sides are eligible randomise as per the most severe side e.g. higher risk cancer, largest tumour etc.
