Health and Wellbeing Day
Gibbet Hill Health and Wellbeing Event
Gibbet Hill is once again hosting a wonderful event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of staff and students at Gibbet Hill. The focus of this year’s event will be ‘Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace’ with a strong link to 'Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.'
The event has something for everyone, with a packed programme of interactive sessions to make you laugh out loud or discover a new health and fitness programme, or come along to an interactive talk and learn something new that will positively impact your wellbeing - everything from understanding more about your sleep, to the impact of gut health! Take a look at the programme below - and register for the sessions you can attend, as numbers are limited due to room capacity.
This is a collaborative event and we warmly welcome staff and students from Warwick Medical School and School of Life Sciences to the event.
Please note that places on the interactive sessions and talks are limited and registration is required. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
REGISTER HERE if you wish to book any of the sessions on the day.
