We want to understand the thoughts and experiences of debtors as they deal with advice, repayment, enforcement and other aspects of debt. We will as such be conducting interviews and focus groups with debtors in different locations across the UK. Interviews will take between 45 minutes and an hour and a follow up interview will take place a year after the initial interview. Focus Groups will take around an hour and a half. All debtors taking part in the research will be clients of a debt advice service.
