Design Board and Working Group Membership for Research enabling services
Capturing viewpoints and working with colleagues from around the University is key to creating a Professional Services for the future as part of our Warwick Transformation journey and to achieve our transformation vision.Link opens in a new window
Over the past few months, we've been actively seeking insights from representatives across Research & Impact Services, colleagues in Faculties, Academic Departments and Professional Services to ensure that the future of Research enabling services is shaped by those who use and deliver the Service.
Individuals have volunteered their time or were nominated and selected based on their experience, expertise and perspective. They meet regularly to collaborate with the Design team and develop recommendations for each area to be taken forward into implementation.
Functional Design Board (FDB)
The Functional Design Board (FDB) will work together with the Design team to set the vision and direction of the future design for Research enabling services, overseeing and supporting the working groups.
Design Value Stream Working Groups
The Value Stream Working Groups (VSWGs) collaborate and develop proposals on the future service design, based on user requirements, functional experience, and knowledge. They share options with the FDB and help develop the implementation plan.
There are over 50 members who are sharing their time and expertise during this process, supporting four value streams – Research Strategy, Pre-Award, Post Award & Publication and Post Publication - many of whom are mentioned below.
