Research Professional Futures (RPF) is a £4.5M UK-wide programme funded through the Research England Development (RED) Fund. The RPF project will co-create with the sector a strategic blueprint for both Research Professionals (RPs) and institutions to realise the full potential of this workforce, improve efficiency, and foster a more collaborative research culture.
