Institutional Survey Guidance
Institutional survey now open
The project has now launched an institutional survey to map the landscape of Research Professional roles and functions across UK higher education.
At the heart of the survey is the collection of quantitative data about Research Professional roles and functions, contributing to a sector-wide understanding of the scale and scope of Research Professional activity.
By building, for the first time, a comprehensive picture of the Research Professional workforce across UK higher education, the survey will provide an evidence base to improve the effectiveness of future planning, helping institutions better understand and articulate the people, capabilities, structures and support ecosystems that enable an excellent research environment.
Colleagues at Research Consulting have contacted key institutional representatives and issued survey links and supporting guidance. The survey is intended to generate a single response from each institution.
