PROVIDERS OF STUDENT
ACCOMMODATION
During the summer of 2021, the University of Warwick launched Warwick Studentpad which is an advertising platform for private accommodation providers to advertise direct to students studying at Warwick:

How we can help:
- We will create your advertisement on Warwick Studentpad using the information you provide, including uploading images and creating descriptions for your accommodation.
- Students will contact you direct to arrange viewings and book rooms.
- We work closely with the Students’ Union to actively promote Warwick Studentpad to our students as a trusted property search tool, giving private providers a unique opportunity to reach approximately 17,500 University of Warwick students every year.
- The platform is advertised via the Students’ Union Housing Advice events, University Open days and various University owned communication channels.
- You will gain insight from our students about their accommodation experiences and preferences.
What you need to do:
In order to advertise your property with us, you will need to provide some basic documents which include:
- Gas Certificate - a current gas safety certificate which is valid for the duration of your Advertisement (if applicable).
- Electrical Certificate - an electrical installation condition report (EICR or EIC) which is valid for the duration of your advertisement.
- EPC - an Energy Performance Certificate (which evidences that the Property is compliant with the minimum EPC rating requirements set out under applicable law as amended from time to time) which is valid for the duration of your advertisement.
- HMO Licence (if applicable) - evidence of a valid HMO Licence for the duration of your Advertisement if your property is required by applicable law to have a HMO Licence. If you have applied for a HMO licence for your Property but it has not yet been granted, please provide evidence of your HMO Licence application submission.
What you will pay:13+ Beds
£300+£10 per bed over 12 +VAT
Adverts can be purchased at any time during the statndard period: 1 Oct -30 Sept.
Please note: the price remains the same, regardless of when landlords choose to advertise and charges are subject to change.
The standard advertising period is 1 October to 30 September. You can advertise during the current standard period from when your advert goes live up to 30 September. New advertising fees would be required on 1 October for the next standard advertising period. Thousands of students have already registered to use Warwick Studentpad.
