Artwork Requests:

While we have a limited number of artworks currently in the Picture Store, we will try our best to come up with a suggestion for your department. We prefer to work in a collaborative, consultative way, involving as many people as possible in the process. If you would like new works for your department please fill in the Request, Removal form and we will be in touch to organise a convenient time to come and have a look at the space.

Artwork Removals (for refurbishment, decoration or any other reason):

If you need University Collection artworks removing from your Department for any reason please fill in the Request, Removal form and we will be in touch to organise a convenient time to come and remove them. Please provide us with at least two weeks' notice. If it is an emergency and the works need moving at short notice please telephone the gallery on any of the following numbers 024765 24731, 024765 74179, 024765 22589, 024765 72664 or 024765 24732. It is essential that you inform a member of the Art Collection team as artworks can only be removed by our staff.
