This training session is an introduction to using the Moodle Assignment activity. A basic level of proficiency in using Moodle is required for this course.

This training session will show you how Moodle can be used to submit, manage and grade student assignments.

The Moodle Assignment activity provides a space into which students can submit work for you to grade and give feedback on. Submissions can consist of files, Mahara ePortoflios, video/audio or pasted text. Students may submit as individuals or in groups. Grading may be by simple percentages or custom scales, or more complex rubrics may be used.
