Innovation Hub Rooms and Spaces Guide

Small Internal Meeting room – Only bookable by Innovation Team members - ideal for 1:1s, small meetings. Max capacity 6.

Germination, Ideation & Acceleration Teaching Rooms - can be used for Innovation related workshops, events and meetings such as; Innovation Team meetings, Student Enterprise Societies Events, Incubator Programme Development Workshops. Max capacity per room 32.

The Climb – is a first come, first served non-bookable hotdesking space for all individuals who are part of Warwick Innovation District programmes/activity and Innovation Team members only. This space is not open to individuals (students/staff/external) who are not part of any Innovation activity with Warwick Innovation District looking for desk space. The Climb can be booked out exclusively for Innovation related events with advanced notice – please contact us if you’d like to host an event.
