The exhibition took place in the SU Atrium from 9am–4pm throughout Week 3 (5th–9th May) of Term, welcoming students, staff, and alumni to reflect on six decades of SU history.

It was accompanied by an online publication marking 60 years of our story, featuring contributions from alumni and staff across the past six decades – a collection of memories and reflections that brought the SU’s evolution to life.

To round off the celebration, Student Cinema hosted a series of screenings linked to our history, from Pride to Better Man – the latter sure to have reminded some visitors of a familiar song from the end of our weekly club night.
