Accepting Volunteers on the Portal

"Accepting" volunteers on the Portal lets the Warwick Volunteers team know that a student is volunteering with your community project and enables additional functionality on the Portal such as logging volunteering hours on their behalf and sending mass-mails to accepted volunteers.

1) Select the volunteering opportunity you wish to work on, then click on the "Volunteers" tab.

2) Click on the green tick next to the volunteer/s you wish to accept:

3) Make sure to click on "Save changes".

All done!
