Your alumni reunion

Yes. A lot of the activities will be focused around our alumni, but you’re welcome to bring a guest. Please ensure you purchase a ticket for your guest and that they register their attendance on the day.

We understand that sometimes happens. You are entitled to a full refund of the registration fee if you inform us of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to the reunion, or within 14 days of booking registration. Please contact us at to cancel your registration. If you’ve booked travel or accommodation to attend the reunion, the University is not liable for any related costs or cancellation charges. A limited number of tickets is available, so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We will endeavour to publicise when tickets are getting low, and highlight when they’re sold out.

Yes, please email us to be added to the waiting list. If spaces become available, we'll work through the list in order, contacting people by email, and providing a deadline to confirm acceptance of the space offered.

When registering, you can indicate if you're happy to share your name and degree information. We'll then make the list available of those who have given consent for those details to be shared.

Of course! Student Ambassadors will be available on the day to give you a guided tour – ask one of our staff to point you in the direction of our tour start points.

As we are in term time, students will be happily ensconced in their rooms. You're welcome to take a walk around the buildings, but we ask you to respect the privacy of the current residents by not going inside. Campus has grown and evolved much over the years, so please be mindful that some accommodation blocks may no longer exist.

When you register, please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements and if there is anything else that we can do to make your time with us more comfortable.

A quiet space will be available on the day for those who would like to make use of it.

Male, female, and gender-neutral toilets are available in various buildings across campus, as well as accessible toilets. Please refer to the campus map available on the day or ask the nearest member of the Reunion Day Team.

By bus

By train
Coventry or Tile Hill are the nearest mainline stations. From Coventry station, you can take the 12 bus, or from Tile Hill station the 14 bus - or you can take a taxi from either station. By plane

By bike
Bike racks are available adjacent to the Faculty of Arts building and Warwick Arts Centre.

By car
If you're planning to travel by car, please ensure you pre-book your parking in advance. You can find the full details on the website here. When travelling, please follow the signs for the University of Warwick Central Campus (CV4 7AL) or the Science Park (CV4 7EZ). Parking will be available in Car Parks 3 and 4 (Central Campus) or Car Park 5 (Science Park). We have attached a map for your guidance. Once you have parked up, it would be an approximate 5 minute walk to the venue.

Please head to either one of the following car parks: Car Park 3, Car Park 4, Car Park 5. These are all just a short walk from the central Piazza where the day will begin. Car parking costs £2 for the day, please ensure you pre-book your parking in advance. We have attached a map for your guidance.
