Arrival
On arrival, please visit the Welcome Tent on the piazza from 8.45am.
Here, attendees will collect:
- A lanyard with your name and year of academic study. Guests will also receive a lanyard.
- Your lunch token.
Tea and coffee will be available for all attendees at a stand within the Warwick Arts Centre between 8.30am–11.30am.

You are part of an ever-growing community of Warwick alumni around the world. We welcome three of our alumni, who have studied at Warwick at various times during our 60-year history, to share their special Warwick memories, how Warwick shaped them and their journeys after graduation.

What does the future hold for Warwick? Our Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Stuart Croft, will be joined by academic leaders from across the University for talks that take us beyond Warwick at 60.
Warwick’s globally renowned research doesn’t just push boundaries – it sets the standard – and we are ready to help tackle some of the world’s biggest problems.
Lunch
Where: Marketplace, Piazza
Available from: 11.45am-2.15pm
Please take your lunch token (issued at registration) to choose a main course and soft drink from a variety of excellent local businesses on the piazza. Vegetarian, vegan, allergy-friendly options will be clearly labelled.
Indoor seating areas are available for your use inside the Rootes Building on the first floor: Fusion Bar and Rootes Restaurant.
Tea and coffee
Please visit the tea and coffee stand in the Warwick Arts Centre to claim your post-lunch tea or coffee between 1pm–4pm.

From the ambitious development in the 1960s through to the campus of today and the future, Warwick doesn't stand still. This exhibition showcases life at Warwick through the years. Head back to your school or department to find out how your academic home has changed and developed since you were at Warwick. Chat with staff and students old and new, for a taste of life at Warwick in 2025.

SELCS comprises of Applied Linguistics, Education Studies, Research in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Lifelong Learning, and Teacher Education.

The School of Modern Languages and Cultures comprises of French, German, Italian, Hispanic Studies, and Translation and Transcultural Studies.
- Can't find your course? Don't worry, there is plenty of campus wide activities to choose from.
- WMG welcome alumni to attend their departmental event, but please note spaces are limited to 80.

For those booked on for our reunion dinner, Warwick's Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Stuart Croft, will host a three-course dinner – an opportunity to celebrate with good food and good company to round out a very special day.
