The forecast is changeable with a chance of rain, so you may wish to bring an umbrella with you. The team will be prepared with umbrellas over lunchtime, and a campus shuttle bus will run regularly from car parks to the welcome tent.

Following a fire at the Arthur Vick 1 residence block on Wednesday 19 November, all students were evacuated and no injuries reported. All students are safe and have been temporarily relocated with wellbeing services provided. Access to University campus for the all alumni reunion has not been affected.

Due to Gas Main Work, there’s temporary traffic signals on Stoneleigh Road between the A429 Kenilworth Road and Beverley Drive.

By bus

By train
Coventry or Tile Hill are the nearest mainline stations. From Coventry station, you can take the 12 bus, or from Tile Hill station the 14 bus - or you can take a taxi from either station. To plan your train journey, visit National RailLink opens in a new window or Trainline.

By plane

By bike
Bike racks are available adjacent to the Faculty of Arts building and Warwick Arts Centre.

By car
If you're planning to travel by car, please ensure you pre-book your parking in advance. You can find the full details on the website here. When travelling, please follow the signs for University of Warwick Central Campus (CV4 7AL) or the Science Park (CV4 7EZ). Please park in the Red, Green or Purple Carparks marked on the map. There will be staff on site to guide you to car parks.

The location of the car park is subject to availability and can be at Scarman, Radcliffe or Kirby Corner Car Park. All University car parks have Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and your phone/camera for memories.

Please dress as you feel comfortable. With the nature of a late Autumn event, please prepare for “weather”! We would recommend you bring a coat (and an umbrella just in case!) as you will no doubt need to move between various buildings and across campus during the day.

You can visit the Welcome tent from 8.45am, many activities will be available from 9am onwards.

Unfortunately, this is a pre-purchased booking-only event and booking closed on Friday 31 October. Please only join us if you have purchased your ticket.

When you arrive, please make your way to the Piazza, where you will see the Welcome tent.

Just give the staff your name (and the name of your guests) to collect your name card, which will be available alphabetically, then proceed to the next member of staff to register your attendance.

You will be given your Warwick Lanyard with your name badge which has an outline of the day and activities guide. You will also receive a voucher that can be exchanged at the Food Truck of your choice at lunch, two vouchers for morning and afternoon refreshments, which can be collected from the stand in Warwick Arts Centre, and your voucher to exchange in the Faculty of Arts Building for your exclusive reunion gift as a memory of this special day.

Please just let the person who registers you at the Welcome Tent know. Unfortunately, our terms and conditions state that we will not be able to offer a refund after Friday 31 October 2025. If you decide to bring a different guest, please let us know as soon as possible so that we are able to make amends to our documentation so your new guest is welcomed appropriately.

Not at all. The day has been designed so you can attend specific timetabled sessions but also allowing you the opportunity to choose sessions and activities that interest you. With plenty of time to take it all in and catch up with classmates and coursemates.

You can find out your department activity here. Although there are some departments who are unable to join us on the day, we have plenty of activities for you to do and WMG and the School of Education, Learning and Communication Sciences (SELCS) have opened their doors for all alumni.

They will be very welcome!

As we are in term time, students will be happily ensconced in their rooms. You're welcome to take a walk around the buildings, but we ask you to respect the privacy of the current residents by not going inside. Campus has grown and evolved much over the years, so please be mindful that some accommodation blocks may no longer exist.

All the activities available on campus throughout the day are included in the £30 you paid when you booked. Please note the afternoon tea and dinner are only for guests who have pre-registered and pre-booked.

Your exclusive reunion gift can be collected from the Faculty of Arts Building ground floor in exchange for the token you were given on arrival.

Tea and coffee vouchers will be provided for refreshments in the Warwick Arts Centre Foyer between 8.30am-11:30am and 1pm-4pm

You will receive a voucher when you arrive allowing you to choose a main course and soft drink from a variety of excellent local businesses at Marketplace on the Piazza. Vegetarian, vegan, allergy-friendly options will be clearly labelled.

Seating is available inside Rootes building (entrance under the large screen) on the first floor. Please take a seat in Rootes Restaurant, Fusion bar, on the tables on the first floor of Rootes, or at the seating in Warwick Arts Centre.

One element of the day that is outside of our control! Members of the Reunion Day Team will be on hand with umbrellas on the Piazza during lunchtime and will support as best as possible while you get your lunch!

Afternoon Tea is an exclusive invitation for the alumni of our earliest cohort. If you have been invited and booked your place, please make your way to the Panorama Suite in Rootes Building for a 3.15pm start

The campus is “step-free”, with accessible parking and support from staff and Student Ambassadors.

There will be a shuttle service throughout the day, which will run between car parks to the Piazza, and to the further reaches of campus. Please speak to a member of the Reunion Day Team to locate the shuttle service.

First aiders will be based in the Faculty of Arts Building in 0.18. Reunion Day Team will be on hand to direct you if needed.

Toilets are available and signposted in all buildings, such as the Warwick Arts Centre, Rootes, and the Faculty of Arts Building and will be highlighted on the campus maps. Please also ask a member of Reunion Day Team for your nearest toilet.

Any lost property can be given to any of the stewards working at Warwick Arts Centre. If you have lost an item, please let one of the Warwick Arts Centre staff know and they will be able to assist you.

The Chaplaincy and a designated quiet space in the Oculus Building (OCO.05) will be open throughout the day. Please use the quiet space for a peaceful place to relax, reflect, or take a break from the busy schedule.

We will have photographers around campus capturing the day. Some photos may be shared on social media, if you prefer not to be in any shared photograph, please let the team at the information stand know.

Head to the Faculty of Arts Building where there will be a great photo wall opportunity for you to take photos with your friends to commemorate the day.

Some photos will be shared on social media and a gallery link will be shared by the alumni team after the event.
