This is the renewal form for existing Full and Associate members for the calendar year 2025. The annual subscription is £15 and free for Associate members. Please complete this form no later than 31 March 2025. Members who have not renewed by 31 March 2025 are welcome to re-join but will need to complete a new Membership Application form as the Association is unable to hold historical personal data.
Please note that this renewal form can be completed jointly for Full members and individually by Associates.
This form requires your personal details, selection of payment amount from the drop-down box plus scrolling down past the obligatory Privacy Policy to click 'Submit' - this will take you through to the University's payment system for debit/credit cards (if applicable). After completion of the underlying payment/no fee forms, you will receive an automated email - proof that you have renewed your subscription and that no further documents will be issued.

The University of Warwick will process any personal data provided in membership applications and renewal forms, invitations to events, visits and walks for the purposes of administering and processing any payments in connection with being a member of the Retired Staff Association. By completing these documents, you have consented to receive information from the Association about its activities.
