Sometimes you just need to take things one step at a time. It's good to remember that there are things you can control in your life. Giving yourself a sense of achievement (however small) can help you to feel more capable. .

Why not try to do at least one of these activities?

  1. Clean your teeth
  2. Have a shower
  3. Have a drink of water
  4. Find something nutritional to eat
  5. Pick up some laundry off the floor
  6. Change your bed sheet
  7. Clean one surface in the room
  8. Open your window and curtains
  9. Send a message to a friend or family member
  10. Do some kind of physical exercise like yoga or running on the spot
