TWELVE BEDS A site-specific dance event that was developed and took place in the functioning hospital, TWELVE BEDS explored how dance material founded on the past can inform the future, how the human body stores its own history and how this can manifest itself in dance, and how the silent dancer can represent untold as well as spoken histories.

ONE LAST LOOK A weekend of events and activities to mark the closing of the hospital and celebrate its history, ONE LAST LOOK included exhibitions, performance, and workshops for kids of all ages. ONE LAST LOOK was produced by the Centre for the History of Medicine and Talking Birds, and took place in the decommissioned hospital.
