I was quite relaxed because I was fully confident in the midwives. I chose the clinic according to my needs and their policies; the clinic aimed at making women actress of the birth as opposed to be a passive patient. This means that I would have my word to say about the way I would deliver the baby. I visited the delivery room a few weeks before the due date so I was able to figure out how it will be on the real day. At the induction class, I had the opportunity to meet up with several midwives and doctors so I got to know most of the staff members. Also, the atmosphere was friendly and relax as my partner and I brought some music. I was able to take a warm bath in order to kill the pain for about an hour and half.
