Michael Shayer
Michael Shayer co-founded and edited Migrant in the 1960s, a poetry magazine credited with introducing the Black Mountain poets to a British readership, and encouraging the work of British poets such as Roy Fisher, Ian Hamilton Finlay and Basil Bunting. His own collection of poetry, Poems from an Island, was published by Fulcrum Press in 1970.
