Placement - Charlotte Marino
Charlotte is on the Socio-Legal pathway at the University of Warwick and completed a 13-week placement with the Brilliant Club.
During this placement, Charlotte took on various roles in the Brilliant Club, including interviewer-assessor of new PhD tutor candidates, curriculum designer, course design reviewer, tutor of school pupils from less advantaged backgrounds, and School Impact Report formatter.
Charlotte improved her teaching practice and gained valuable insights into supporting disadvantaged learners. She built professional networks within the educational charity sector and enhanced her communication skills by translating complex ideas for diverse audiences.
