The cost for the conference will be £240 (RSC members) or £275 (non-members) which includes all meals (starting with lunch on Tues 29th of March, through to breakfast on the 31st, including the conference dinner on the 30th), and all accommodation. Funding is available to bring the cost for current PhD and Masters students who present their work (and who are members of the RSC) down to £80.

Additional accommodation (the night before and/or the night after), including breakfast, is available at £60 per person per night; this can be booked at the same time as the main registration.

Registration deadline for talks was 6.00am 4th March. The deadline for all other submissions (i.e. posters) and registrations is 6.00am 18th March.

No refunds can be made for cancellations.

All payments for the conference will by made by credit card and will be collected by the RSC - you will need to be a current member of the RSC and to know your membership number if you want to qualify for the reduced members rate.
