All delegates will be staying in University of Warwick accommodation, with en-suite rooms. These rooms will be in either Arden House, Radcliffe House or Scarman House. Use this map to locate these buildings.

Use this list to identify which accommodation you will be staying in. Please do this before arriving at the conference.

Check in to the accommodation will be after 3pm on the day of arrival. Left luggage facilities are available at the accommodation (ask at their reception) or at Rootes Reception.

Breakfast will be in your accommodation.

For those staying additional nights (either the 2nd or the 5th) please note that dinner is not included (though breakfast is) - options on campus include the Arts Centre, where there is a restaraunt and a cafe bar.

Each room includes:

• Clock radio
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Hairdryer
• Towels and toiletries
• Free internet access. This is via a network port in Arden and Radcliffe (Please note that you need to supply your own Ethernet cable), but is wireless in Scarman.
• Iron and ironing board (on request)

Access to the sports facilities, including swimming pool, is free to conference participants.
