Due to the continuing Covid 19 crisis the intention at this time is to postpone the meeting until July 2021.
We will be working to try an maintain the speaker line up as close as we can to planned for in July 2020 .
Registration will be automatically transferred, however, if you cannot make it and have paid registration fees please either
1. Transfer to a new delegate
2. Request a refund via the web form. Please bear with us in that this will not be an instant process under the present circumstances.

If you plan to attend in March 2021 the abstract form will be reopened closer to the time.

Note on registering you do not have to pay immediately, you will be sent an invoice which can then be paid by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY THIRD PARTY OFFERING ACCOMMODATION AS ALL ACCOMMODATION IS AT THE UNIVERSITY AND WE ARE NOT USING ANY HOTELS.
Also your abstract and title can be changed closer to the time.
Note ALL poster applications will be accepted, some oral requests may be given poster slots.

Accommodation will be on campus in our Bluebell (Ensuite), Rootes (Non ensuite/student) or Radcliffe facility depending on your booking (or similar).
