Joshua Tully
I graduated from Warwick in 2018 with a first class masters degree in chemistry. As part of my masters course I undertook a project in the group of Professor Julie Macpherson on the electrochemical etching of diamond as a preperative technique for making thin diamond membranes. I then resumed this project in august, as part of a Royal Society sponsored PhD.
My current research centres around the micro and nanofabrication of diamond stuctures for Electrochemical or Quantum applications, as well as investiagting the erosion of Boron Doped Diamond in wastewater treatment.
My project is titled "Understanding and Exploiting Electrochemical Etch Mechanisms in Diamond and Graphitic Materials".
