I'm using MORPH, with my own weather data, which has leaf wetness recordings, but my model runs are not showing any hours of leaf wetness why is this?

Some weather data formats, produce leaf wetness recordings in a way that means that it will not be recognised as being wet to some of the MORPH models. This is particularly relevant to the MORPH diease models which use leaf wetness.

The MORPH fruit disease models (ADEM) have a leaf wetness threshold of 100. So leaf wetness needs to be 100 or higher to be registered as wet. The MORPH vegetable disease models (BrassicaSpot) have a leaf wetness threshold of 200. So leaf wetness needs to be 200 or higher to be registered as wet.

Therefore a weather data set that has, for example, a recording of 0 for dry and 200 for wet to represent leaf wetness would work on all of the MORPH disease models that use leaf wetness.
