Warwick HRI will only support MORPH4 on Operating Systems that are still supported by Microsoft. This is in keeping with Microsoft's policy of support for their own Windows Operating Systems.

Below is a list of links to the Microsoft website for the various Windows Operating Systems that details the dates and level of support that Microsoft has agreed to:

• Windows 2000
• Windows XP

As you will note from the information on the pages that are linked to above, a lot of the Windows Operating Systems are now out of support from Microsoft, and so we are not in a position to support MORPH4 on these Operating Systems.

In summary, Warwick HRI will only support MORPH4 on:

• Windows XP SP 2 or higher.
• Windows 2000 SP 4 or higher.
