Make sure that you can view hidden files and folders then follow these steps:

 

1) Open windows Explorer

2) Navigate to 'C:\Documents and Settings'

3) Click on 'All Users'

4) Click on 'Application Data'

5) Click on 'WarwickHRI'

6) Click on 'Morph'

7) Click on 'Sites'

8) Select the .SMF file that you want to send to Morph Support e.g. LINCS2000.SMF

 

If you need to send the whole of the Morph data to Morph Support then please follow the procedures for backing up MORPH then send the zip archive to Morph Support using either Files.Warwick or the Contact Us Form.
